Meet TS Imagine at ISDA AGM 2026

Andrew Morgan is President and Chief Revenue Officer of TS Imagine. Andrew has a Capital Markets background spanning two decades and a track record of taking innovative products to market. In his current role, he focusses on accelerating the growth of TS Imagine’s SaaS- based software platform across the financial services industry. During his two decades leading teams at both Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank, Andrew oversaw the strategic deployment of technology spend during periods of digitization and regulatory change. He was directly involved in the ground up development of electronic trading businesses at both firms and applies his extensive experience coordinating diverse global teams across sales, trading, product development, risk, and compliance to his current roles. At Deutsche Bank Andrew was a Managing Director fulfilling multiple leadership roles including Global Head of Execution Services and Client Strategy, Global Head of Electronic Trading and EMEA Head of Equity Trading. He was a member of the European and Global Equities Executive Committee; chaired global and regional forums for sales, strategy, risk, and regulatory oversight; served on the EMEA Equity Capital Commitment Committee 2012 – 2018; acted as business sponsor for MiFID 2 delivery and was Equities Account Captain for several of Deutsche Bank’s largest clients. Andrew graduated from Cardiff University with a Bachelor of Social Sciences and an Economics degree and he has an ACA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales.

Chris is Head of Sales for North America at TS Imagine and has over a decade of experience in the FinTech industry. Chris works with clients across the Western US, including banks, hedge funds and asset managers seeking premium multi-asset electronic trading, portfolio management, and risk solutions. Chris holds a B.A in Economics from Connecticut College and is a music fanatic! He plays guitar, piano, bass and saxophone, and owns a collection of over 10,000 records ranging from Jazz, Blues, Classic Rock, Reggae and Hip-Hop.

Martin brings a deep understanding of the complex and ever-evolving financial derivatives markets to his role, where he focuses on banks, asset managers, and hedge funds operating in the US. Outside of work at TS Imagine, he is an Ironman participant, Cub Scout Leader, and proud University of Birmingham alum.

Philippe applies his two decades of expertise in equity derivatives to his role, where he is responsible for expanding the market share of the RiskSmart platform. He helps clients identify and manage their risk and develop effective risk management strategies using TS Imagine solutions. Financial Risk Management, FRM certified. Philippe is from France. He has visited 50 countries across 6 continents, worked in 3 of them but has never worked in France.

EJ Liotta is the Head of Prime Finance and Equity Derivatives at TS Imagine. He is a co-founder of PrimeOne, which TS Imagine acquired in 2024, and brings over 25 years of financial services technology experience to his role. Prior to co-founding PrimeOne, EJ held various financial technology roles at Oppenheimer, Barclays, Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank. His work included developing solutions designed to enhance revenue and operational efficiencies across prime brokerage, financing, structured products and strategic product management.

Hemali Varn is the PrimeOne PB Product Lead at TS Imagine. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Hemali has held multiple roles from client management (sales initiatives, relationship management etc.) to product management (new product creation, product enhancement etc.). These have spanned across various institutions – Deutsche Bank, ABN Amro, and HSBC as well as financial technology firms – IHS Markit and S&P. Her work has focused on business growth, relationship growth, and operational efficiency. Hemali graduated from the University of Manchester where she earned a 1st in BSc Mathematics, as well as a Master’s degree in International Management from Kings College London

Nolan Roethler is a member of the Sales team at TS Imagine. For over 2 years, Nolan has been focused on delivering front-to-back solutions. He works closely with senior risk and trading managers to implement and enhance multiple products within TSI’s platform for our clients’ evolving risk, trading, and portfolio management needs. Nolan graduated from the University of Iowa where he earned a B.S. in Economics and Finance as well as a M.S. in Finance and Business Analytics. He brings the same discipline developed as a 400m hurdler at the University of Iowa, where he competed throughout both undergrad and graduate school.
